Delivery
Standard delivery is a fixed price for the courier companies we work with:
- Econt to office – 5.99 BGN.
- Econt to address – 7.99 BGN.
Free delivery for orders over 200 BGN (within Bulgaria).
Delivery to the EU – 40 BGN (shipments to the EU are sent with international couriers).
The standard order processing time is 24 hours during business days (Monday - Friday). Once the order is processed and shipped, the delivery time within the country is 24 hours (for holidays and campaigns, the delivery time may vary within 72 hours).
For delivery to a European Union country, the delivery time is 4 - 7 business days.
Return and exchange
The return period for a shipment is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Returns are accepted only if the products are in excellent commercial condition. Our products are manufactured and packaged in the EU.
Are your products natural?
Whenever possible, we choose naturally derived ingredients over synthetic ones in all formulations.
Do your products contain soy?
Yenges Cosmetics Ltd. does not add soy to any of its products.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, all Yenges Cosmetics Ltd. products are completely vegan.
Do you use parabens or sulfates?
No, Yenges Cosmetics Ltd. does not use parabens and sulfates in its products. We strive to make our products as clean as possible.
Do you test on animals?
No, Yenges Cosmetics Ltd. does not test its products on animals and is strictly against animal testing.
Are the products safe for all skin types?
All products are formulated to be safe for all skin types, but if you have any concerns, please consult your dermatologist regarding the ingredients of our products listed on the back of each package.
Are your products dermatologist tested?
Yes, all products have been tested by certified dermatologists and have passed all necessary safety tests in several countries.
At what temperature should the products be stored?
We recommend storing your products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Are the products suitable for pregnant women?
In the safety reports of our products, there are no contraindications for use by pregnant women. However, we advise women who are in this condition to consult their dermatologist and treating physician.
